Broadband slow

Hi

I've already complained about slow broadband/internet as I'm facing this issue for last 2 months.

An engineer was suppose to visit home to check internet etc on 15th April 2025 but for some unknown reason he/she didn't. 
I'm still facing issue with very slow internet, very slow downloading speed not more than  15mbps. 
Please fix the issue ASAP as me and my wife work from home and this broadband/internet issue getting in the way of our work.

This is a customer support forum so you will get no response from Sky so does anything appear here regarding the appointment:

If not then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
