WiFi keeps dropping out

My WiFi keeps dropping out, sometimes it can more more than 10 times across a 2 hour period. 

I had an engineer come out who did all the checks and they came back clear and decided to provided a new router as he too thought would was the likely issue.

 

Its been 2 days and I'm right back to square one, and with WFH it's certainly not helpful.

 

Broadband lights sit at green,amber,green,amber. 

Why does this keep happening when all the checks say otherwise? 

Any help is appreciated.

@Gardy  What colour is the router that you have is it black or white?

It says that both the broadband and voice are disconnected and that WiFi is enabled

Your images are being removed as you're not blocking out information Sky don't allow, ie; SSID numbers.
