Broadband slow

Our broadband is slower than the guaranteed speed of 47mb and has been consistently when checked. I've  just checked and it's only 24mb. This is unacceptable. I have done everything advised. Sky conveniantly check the line early hours in the morning too. My wife works from home and we have sky glass. The TV buffers constantly.

@Sunshine2711 unfortunately you can't at the moment. However to give some more detail run the connection test in the My Sky app which will tell you what speed Sky think your hub is connected at and an indication of speeds you measure on your devices.

I had 24.8mb earlier and 46mb yesterday.  The average daily speed has been around my minimum guaranteed consistently recently. The average has definitely trended down too.

24.8mb is worst I've had.
