I reported by broadband was slow and an engineer was supposed to visit or sort out the fault today between 1 and 6pm. I've not seen or heard from any engineer not even a text message to give further info. My phone is still out and broadband slow.
Any one able to tell what's going on with Outreach or in my case "Noreach"

I have now been advised this morning by "text" from Openreach, " due to circumstances beyond our reach, we are sorry to have missed your appointment, please choose from the following options for a new appointment ".
Considering that if I were to break the original appointment by not being in I will get charged £25 how do I charge Sky/Openreach my 5hours wasted . Also my extra time for the supposedly new appointment?
