@SheilaDanelian if you linexwas due to be activated yesterday abd tgat has not happened call Sky as they should have received a report from tge network operator Openreach or City.Fibre overnight as to why the activation was unsuccesful. In some cases the expected connection doesn't work due to an unexpected fault in the cabling which needs clearing.
