Poor WiFi signal in one bedroom and garden

Hi we've just changed back to you and over a week in my daughter cannot get WiFi in her bedroom and had to move into our bedroom before we go to sleep.

how can we cancel please as she has GCSEs this year..  we have prioritised her phone and upgraded the WiFi package and still no luck for her. 
it's very frustrating

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself you can call sky  and ask for a booster for the wifi  or depending  on the length of  your  contract  you could cancel. Bear in mind that there will probably be a  cancellation fee to pay depending  on how long you have  lift on it

@Greg+S22 alternstively Sky can supply wifi extenders to improve WiFi signal levels in your home.WiFi signals are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. 

However Sky offer a 31 day cooling off period so you can cancel if you wish.
