Broadband shield

Hi is sky broadband shield still available as i try to get to it and it keeps coming up with a problem

Broadband Shield is still a live product, although sometimes glitchy.

 

Broadband Buddy is no longer available to new users, but continues for existing ones.

And also is there any internet security included with sky broadband or do i have to buy some i used to get 15 licences with BT and need at least 8

Sky used to bundle a McAfee product, but that's long since ceased.

My broadband has just been connected, and I am trying to login in broadband shield but gives me the error message:

I tried on chrome/firefox/safari both desktop and mobile. I have clean cache and cookies. but still no result. The same happens with the Virtual chat:

@LD9876765Might find that you have to wait till later on today for all systems to catch up that you are now connected. If you are still having issues with broadband shield access, then would be best to give Sky a call and they should be able to check that access is okay or if there is a problem.

Thanks @Highlinder , in fact I cannot see any broadband product on my account neither so you might me right. 

In case this doesn't resolve, Does anyone knows if there any way to access a live chat? I have a speech impairment which makes calls rather difficult.

It's a bit ridiculous. I am getting the same message for weeks when trying to access Shield. 

it is blocking my e-commerce website backend. I cannot manage my website.
