It's a bit ridiculous. I am getting the same message for weeks when trying to access Shield.

it is blocking my e-commerce website backend. I cannot manage my website.

I can see your post has been escalated to Sky to chase up ring 150 from your home phone as only Sky can fix the broadband shield fault.
