I wish to turn my broadband shield off but every time try to it keeps on coming up with "we're sorry there has been a problem" i have tryed it multiple times on multiple browsers, on pc and phone and it will not work. And i have tryed it over the past 2-3 days.

When you are asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you might be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up and this then should then drop you into the queue to speak to an advisor.
