Broadband shield page not working

since setting up our sky broadband the broadband shield seems to be on, but we do not have a family and don't want this on as it blocks lots of websites we want access to. When I go to change the settings to 18, there is no option to do so. All I see is:

1. Choose what you want to see (with no options to do so) 

2. choose when sky broadband shield should be active (but then I can change the times)

@Kattyx  Could you post a screenshot of what you see in broadband sheild please.

Unfortunately there's no option to attach any photos or paste any screenshots!

@Kattyx  You will see in the message header an icon that has a camera that is how you upload screenshots.
