I'm a new Sky customer since middle of august for broadband, which has been working fine since the router was set up. However when I went to change the broadband shield settings the website states to 'come back when broadband is activated'. I've seen a few posts on this forum that show as resolved, but not the solution itself, please could someone advise how to fix this? Picture attached shows the issue

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Colins119 It is something that has to be done backend. So give Sky a call tomorrow and explain to them what is going on and they should be able to help you. Is this the same on the Sky app as well as on the .com website?

Thank you. I didn't get round to calling Sky and asking for the change as life took over, however the website product settings now show as active and able to edit. Not sure what changed, but I appreciate the help
