Wifi

Hi wifi keep dropping out and is effecting all that's connected to it. Such as Internet and phone app, Alexa etc. I've done all the suggested test to no avail

@Kenj61 if your hub is showing it is disconnected from the internet then call Sky and report the issue. If however the issue is your devices not connecting to the hub unless you can move the hub to improve its signal you will have to shell out for one of Sky's add-on bundles like WiFi Max and get a booster from them or buy your own wifi kit.
