I really need to block a website but everytime in clicking broadband shield it's not even loading?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ryandemb123 are you using the My Sky app or the website?. If the latter try a different browser but i find the app is more reliable. Remember you have to be signed in with the Sky id linked to the account to change settings. If you are certain you are using the correctgive Sky a call.
