@ChrisNoonan1968 as there should have been a responsible adult present when the install took place why was this not queried at the time?
Moving a full fibre ONT is not simple as the fibre cable is quite fragile. The easiest way is to run a longer Ethernet cable from thecONT running to say the landing and placing the hub there. This is something you can do yourself, Ethernet cables are readilybavsilable in any length you want. Older copper connections are simpler
However if you do want the ONT or phone socket moved you will need to call Sky who can arrange to send an engineer to see what is practical but there is likely to be a charge.
