Broadband rescheduling

Hi Sky Community,

 

I urgently need help rescheduling my Openreach appointment for my Sky Broadband installation. I won’t be home when they’re scheduled to come, but I’ve found that the phone lines are currently down and I’m unable to reach anyone by phone.

 

Is there any way someone from Sky can help me reschedule through here, or is there another way to get this sorted quickly? I really don’t want to miss the appointment and have to wait even longer.

If that original appointment is for today or tomorrow cancelling it now is likely to incur a £25 charge.

 

We've been told there are technical issues at the moment which could explain why you can't get through on the phone.
