Broadband range

I have been meaning to try and get this sorted for a while but keep putting it off.

last year I went full fibre broadband which meant moving my broadband receiver to the front of the house where as before it was in the middle room with a booster and covered the whole house perfectly.

Since having it changed it only works on  the front room and the middle room and not the rear room.

How do I get a new booster as I can't call anyone please?

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Re: Broadband range

@Paulo60 So you have the existing hub but it moved with the new fibre, you also have the existing booster what is wrong with that, if nothing and still working also say, you may just have to reposition the booster for different and better coverage!
