Broadband "order stuck"

I've just called to renegotiate my broadband as it is out of contract. I spent one hour on the phone and whilst finishing the order, apparently there was an error message and the order is now "stuck". The person at Sky gave me a CRS code and now I've been told to wait 5 working days for the outcome. Has anyone experienced this before as I've been with sky over 20 years and never had this.
