Broadband puzzle
This morning 18th November 2025 I received a heads up from Sky about a outrage on my Broadband..
when checking late PM it is no longer marked up.
my Problem is with our Ring chime which will no longer connect to our fully working 300 mb Broadband , followed all the online advice to fix it to no avail, flashing green light , but no WiFi connection all . All other connections Ok, but at the time of fault early am , nothing was on, but Ring chime is on 24/7 ! Could the outrage have killed the chime ?

Re: Broadband puzzle
@IanEA a broadband outage could not have damaged a device connected by WiFi. Try resetting the chime by holding in the side button for q5 seconds and reconnecting it.

Re: Broadband puzzle
Thank you.
After suspecting outrage fault, had killed the chime and going though resetting procedures several times as per Sky help page until I lost the will to live!
After a break looked at it again.
What sorted it was to start over over for settling up a new device. Now back on line
Sadly fix was not mentioned on the Sky help page.
Thanks
