Broadband problems

Not good company  sky broadband is crap keeps dropping  down  and if they don't sort  it I am leaving  to go somewhere else  not happy all  with the services  I am getting  paying all that money a month  for broadband and TV

Update - spoke to Jonathan+2 but they were not happy to complete troubleshooting and wished to cancel. We linked them to the cancellations team.

@Jonathan+2 You are only talking to fellow customers here.  Have you reported these issues to Sky?  If not they cannot know there are any issues.
