Broadband problem

In the past few days we have had a problem - Monday evening no Sky Q and message saying no signal. Also iPads couldn't play games due to buffering.
Tuesday this was ok but couldn't play games and access films etc on ipads due to constant buffering.

we still have this problem today, I have checked the line etc on MySky but this shows the service as being good.
