Broadband privacy warning

Over the last two days I have noticed in my WiFi settings on my iPhone a message saying 'privacy warning'. When I press for more information it says 'this network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic'

I'm very worried about it and I have changed my WiFi password but it hasn't done anything.

what do I do? Is it a common problem or is it something I should ring sky about?
