Good afternoon. 

 

I was wondering if a Sky person can talk to me. 

I know I can call up, but that doesn't include screenshots of pricing. 

 

I have been looking into upgrading and bringing my prices down on certain household bills and I found out I can get the same broadband and phone package for £42 on Vodafone, whereas I could pay£62 on Sky. 

It kinda sucks that there is no loyalty bonus immediately added, given I have had no issues with Sky. 

And NONE of the "rewards" on Sky VIP hasn't interested me in the slightest, not that I have ever won anything that has piqued my interest. 

 

I will keep TV, for reasons,  but if I am able to get the other services cheaper, I will for sure do that.

You would need to call Sky to discuss billing & contracts

And any prices you see from competitors are new customer deals. If you move to another ISP, in 18/24 months you'll find yourself in the same position.
