Broadband price

Hi..i seen on fb for superfast broadband speed you can get for £23..and gigafast for £42..i pay £43 for superfast..so why cant i have gigafast?..ive been with sky for years..i am tempted to move to another provider..you cant get hold of sky to talk it out..if possible i would rather do online than on phone..but all you get is that bot thing that trys to help..end up going round in circles..thanks

Getting any form of Ultrafast from Sky requires there to be Openreach FTTP infrastructure in the vicinity of your address.  That currently covers about 65% of properties in the UK

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
