Sky hub red light

Trying to connect white sky hub box first time, plugged in cables as instructed, switched on light is white, maybe a little yellowish. Start set up on MySky, light turns red and then nothing, stays on red. Left it for an hour so same. Tried reconnecting 3 times, same. Checked broadband and says okay but still no Internet?

A red light means the hub has failed to connect.to the exchange follow tge steps set out in the above trouble shooter.
