Broadband pack delivered empty

I received the broadband letter for my Full 75 fibre broadband (though i have cancelled the order and need to return it to Sky)today but the envelope was already opened and it was delivered empty through the letterbox/postbox.

If you are not able to use the supplied return packaging then you can use anything if you have or can get and print your own return label:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

I didn't even receive anything, the box or so.I didn't receive it.

So what is "Broadband pack delivered empty", what have they sent you ?

I was expecting a pack for my broadband upgrade,all i got it is a letter which is already opened in my letterbox.

I didn't receive any box.

I'm confused as you have said you have cancelled this so what Sky has or hasn't sent shouldn't matter as it is you responsibility to return and Sky equipment you had as per my earlier post.

Yeah it was already on its way before the cancellation. I was to return it but didn't receive anything (I received only the letter that's already opened).
