My sky broadband stopped working on Thursday and I left it for a day thinking it would fix, on Friday I called them as it had been a day and there were no changes, the man ran the tests and made me do the same and it said there is an outage and it will be fixed in 2 days. When I search online if there is an outage in my area skys website says 'no current issues'. It's now Saturday and I still have no wifi, and still unsure if it's Definately an outage In my area, as from what I can tell online it's just me. Is there anything I can do to find out if this is definatley the reason or to speed up the process? it's now the weekend so I don't know if I will have internet for a while, or if engineers work on it over the weekend? but I'm in the process of trying to move house so having no connection is really not helping. Thanks.
