Is anyone else experiencing the broadband outage in the RH5 area, it went down 15/11 and still off, absolutely no updates from sky which is unacceptable

If so unfortunately nobody including the engineers from Openreach dealing with the issue can give you an estmate of when your line will be back up. That us the reality however you will be due compensation if the fault is not fixed by Tuesday night which is the end of the. second working day after the fault was reported see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
