We keep having problems with the sky box & devices connecting to internet even though service check says no issues

I am having the same issue. No device can even see the router but when I check it says there are no problems. It also says there are 0 devices connected, that is because there is no Internet for any devices to connect to??

Same here connection is down... Paid for UFC 30£ pass to have no connection well done sky!!!

If your service is still down and the service checker is still not telling you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line call Skybto get the fault checked out. Lines should bevopening shortly.
