Broadband outage

My broadband keeps dropping out, this evening and last night and seems to be around 9pm til late, very frustrating.

@Mike-H Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@Mike-H any time your line drops runnthe connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection. It will tell you if there is a known fault. It can book an engineer if its line tests showca fault but with a line drop it often can't so if the line is still down this morning call Sky to report a fault.
