My broadband keeps dropping out, this evening and last night and seems to be around 9pm til late, very frustrating.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mike-H any time your line drops runnthe connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection. It will tell you if there is a known fault. It can book an engineer if its line tests showca fault but with a line drop it often can't so if the line is still down this morning call Sky to report a fault.
