Hi I’ve been advised that I need to return my broadband equipment which I have already done.

Hi I've been advised I need to return my broadband equipment which I did on the 13th June. It would seem then this package has been lost. Please advise as I don't want to be charged thanks

@Wyx
We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky that equipment has been received. If you returned it longer ago than that and you’ve kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

Have you got either the proof of posting or an email from Sky saying they have your equipment ?

No I threw the postage slip away after a week. Nothing to advise from Sky they've received.

@Wyx that is unfortunate as without that proof its your word against theirs you will have to hope the kit turns up or a Sky agent believes you and cancels the charge.

For anyone else reading this thread keep the postage receipt safe and dont throw it away as kit goes missing and the proof you posted will be needed to get Sky not to make non-retutn charges.allow at least 2 months.
