Broadband outage again

our broadband is off for the second time this year, apparently the cable has been broken again, this is now not acceptable, why have sky

not re-routed to another cable like BT have done?

Sky use BT phone lines so you need to call sky about this issue

Where are you? There are issues on the Shetland Islands where an undersea cable has been damaged if that's relevant.
