Broadband outage since last Saturday . So 1 week now . In b13 area . No information re: when getting back. No tv / WiFi.

yes says they are working on it and will be fixed in a couple of days ... this has been the case since Monday .

exactly the same scenario for me since early Saturday 7th. No sign of a repair. No communications...

Absolute nightmare . I need to do some work from home that can't be done in a public space so can't go to a cafe to work . In the mean time no tv , kids can't do college work here so they have to stay at their dads and I can't work . Sky told me yesterday that open reach don't work weekends either and we continue to pay for services we can't use .

For individual domestic broadband repair, that's correct. ISP monthly subscription doesn't cover the cost of seven day cover.
