Broadband outage 16th march

Absolutely sick of sky now. Always issues with my broadband I've never had the correct speed that I pay for. My speed right now is 15.6 , 2 days it's been going off and on between amber and green. Can't watch anything on tv having to use my data on phone . I've just renewed my broadband as it was the cheapest I could get at the moment and I think I'm just going to cancel. All the answers are "check your speed check your connection check if there's any issues" but the app says everything is fine there's no issues on braodband or Wi-Fi then it's oh it could be a external issue no it's not sky. Just come out and admit that the past few days everyone's Wi-Fi is dropping in and out. Stop taking all our money for something that doesn't work. I will be cancelling my services because if it's not the broadband it's my SIM card there's non stop issues with this company . I've no Wi-Fi . And no answers

@Karly2410 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so if you want to complain give them a call.

Sounds like there could becan issue with the Openreach connection from the exchange to your home. Switching  ISPs wont do anything to sort that if they use the same Openreach line.  With partial fibre connection the speed you get at the hub depends on the length of the copper line from the street cabinet serving your address.
