Broadband order

Hello there I wonder if anyone can help me I placed an order for sky broadband on the 21st August which is supposed to go live on the 5th September I received an email to say the order was successful And that the 5th is provisional and that they would confirm soon Since then I haven't had any other information on my order or anything On the sky account it says my router is awaiting dispatch but it's been saying that since placing the order I just need to know wether the order was successful or not as my current provider is going into administration and changing customers over to utility warehouse who I don't want to be with Thanks

The hub itself is timed to arrive a few days before your activation day so this is why you do not have it yet. Keep an eye on your account for updates.
