Broadband not working

The second and fourth light on my router aren orange. I have reset it twice. The test said it's working. It's clearly not.

I have the same issue yet sky says everything is all ok...

Thanks, Jimmy. Did yours just cut out tonight? Mine just stopped about half an hour ago?

It just suddenly went to the two orange lights and the sky glass now doesn't know what to do with itself. Looks like from downdetector there is an issue as there is a spike in reports on there

Exactly the same for me. Just at the last 20 minutes of a film on sky glass! 
hopefully if it's a problem they're now aware of they will be working on fixing it - at least I haven't got to call up and book and engineer visit for two weeks time.

Fingers crossed but don't hold your breath. Sometimes good and resolved quickly sometimes well not so good lol
