Broadband down
Everywhere says no problems but I have no WiFi, eventually the sky app agreed and said it's an outside problem and to book an engineer. I've done that... could take up to 2 days to resolve.

Fixing a fault with 2 working days is the service level agreement between isp's and openreach.
If it takes longer than the 2 days then you can claim autmatic compensation for total loss of service as below
