Broadband not working

Internet isn't working. Nothing is loading on tv, iPad or iPhone. Had to turn WiFi off on my phone just to get on here to do a service check which ironically said everything is good . It's clearly not as nothing is working

The internet box has been turned on and off just in case it was a small issue like that but it still isn't working. 
There are green lights on the power and wifi and a red/orange light on voice but the internet light isn't coming on with any colour.

I'm having the exact same issue - based in slough.

Same here (Bristol). Internet stopped working suddenly. No connection on any device. Two orange lights on router  - one on 'internet' and other on 'voice'

My Internet box is showing 2 green lights and one Orange light I have reboot my box but sill not working

The white box on the wall that says Los is showing up red and I've got no Internet

Still down for me. Been 20 mins. Tried restart, nothing. All lights on except Internet and voice is orange. In Hayes.
