I had a message from Sky this morning saying there was a problem with the broadband in my area. I still have no connection but Sky are now saying there is no problem in my area. I have followed the procedures on Sky but still have no connections.

It will be Openreach who will go to the location of the fault and they aim to do this within 3-5 working days.
