Broadband not working

I had a message from Sky this morning saying there was a problem with the broadband in my area. I still have no connection but Sky are now saying there is no problem in my area. I have followed the procedures on Sky but still have no connections.

If Sky has sent you message saying there is a problem then it will be something outside of your property so does anything appear here for you:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

 

It will be Openreach who will go to the location of the fault and they aim to do this within 3-5 working days.
