Broadband not working

My broadband is only working on a few things. It says eerything is fine. Have run tests but still nothing. I have tried wifi and ethernet connections. Ring not connecting, goodgle home not connecting, apps on phone not connecting even though it says the wifi is connected. All work fine on mobile data. Been like it all day in Birmingham.

@Jayne148  Can you follow the directions after picking what router you have from Sky on what the lights on the router are doing.
