Broadband not working

My broadband is not working properly also sky app showing THERE IS ISSUE. now I have latest white sky Hub6 but still not working properly????

@Muhammad25 if you click through by the issue warning the app msy offer further help if it doesnt call Sky.

I have moved your post into your similar thread from last week. If this is still an issue did you contact Sky as advised? 

The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s working.
