Hi my broadband is still not working
I am the only house in the street that is not working
My neighbours are also with sky and there's is working no problem recommend them to come to sky !!!
I have been a customer of sky for 30 years and this is just not good enough
My heating is controlled by WiFi and therefore won't work
The temperature has been minus 8 of late and no heating
I have called several times to you to be given various excuses but still nothing is happening
Why am I the only house on my street with no Internet????
This is not good enough sky
I have been a loyal customer for a lot of years

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
What have Sky said? Have they passed the issue to Openreach to investigate and fix?
Fixing a fault within 2 WORKING days is the service level agreement between ISP’s and Openreach. The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk for UK customers.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).
Unfortunately there’s no such scheme in place for customers in the Republic of Ireland.

Yeah passed to openreach
Went off on the 7 th
Say it's a sky issue at the exchange but neighbour is with sky with no issues
