Broadband not working

It's been an hour my network has been dropped and Internet not working, sadly it was showing everything seems working in sky app. It could be great if this fixes tonight as I am working from home. Please don't ruin Monday!

Have you rebooted your broadband hub at the mains ?

Our broadband went down about an hour ago.  Charlwood, near Gatwick, area.
