Broadband not working

Our internet does not seem to work. None of my devices are working

 

i I have done a broadband test as suggested and it says it's all fine but I still have no connection.  This has been the case for over 2 days noe

 

 I have turned the router off and restarted it but there is still a problem.  Can you suggest the next course of action or arrange an engineer visit

@BhathiWhen did you last run the broadband test? Was this just after the connection dropped out or after a period of time? Which colour of router do you have black or white?

 

You are also not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself.

Thanks for your response, did not realise that this was a sky commnity help site.   finally managed to talk to a sky agent  hopefully it will get sorted soon
