Q Box and Booster not connecting to hub

I had to re-set my hub last night and since this neither my Q box or my Wifi booster will connect to the hub. I've tried re-setting, turning on and off and pairing via the WPS button but nothing works

It's the sky broadband booster.

@tomcranmer  You have the router that goes with this booster also or have you changed routers?

[tomcranmer]

No I haven't changed my router. As far as I'm aware I have the one which links to this booster. It was set up by a sky engineer

@tomcranmer  Are any devices connecting to the Wi-Fi on that router or is it just the Q box and the booster that are having the issues? Do devices connect via ethernet if you have any and what colour are the lights on the router just now?

Yes my phone connects to the Wifi no problem.
Router lights are all green.
Sorry I'm not at home to test the ethernet connection

@tomcranmer  As long as something connects to the router via Wi-Fi. Have you tried to manually connect the Q box using the Wi-Fi password rather than the WPS button?

No I haven't tried that, will give that a go when I get home. How will I connect the booster though?

@tomcranmermight be that the booster is dead. But if you are unable to connect the Q box then there could be bigger issues at hand.

Everything was working fine until I had to re-set my hub last night

@tomcranmer  Why was the hub re-set needed in the first place?

Internet connection dropped out completely. Took a few hours for it to come back

@tomcranmer  Did you try and reset the booster also after it would not connect?

Yep done that and the tried to link via WPS but no joy
