Hi there My broadband is visible but not connecting

@Ian200 If what you mean is your hub looks like its connected but your devices cannot see tgecwifi network its a common issue this morning.  The fix for the white hub is to do a factory reset. Press and hold in the wps button on the right edge of the hub for up to 30 seconds releasing it when the led on the front starts flashing rapidly green. Once restarted the hub should be back to normal.
