I asked to speak to manager and was forwarded to complaints so right now im complaining!
Getting forwarded back to tech who tried to book me an engineer for WEDNESDAY!

I've just been told there is an openreach apparently but 2 working days in I'll someone can come out. Ludicrous

They tried to book me an engineer to my home too. They're not listening when you tell them it's not an isolated incident.

Ive been able to come back to tech support.
There isnt an official outage but da9 and da10 is showing affected by DT = Downtime. Open reach have been made aware and are investigating.
If the can fix they will and have a 24hr SLA.
If its a major issue they have to declare which sky can feedback on and then they have all the time they need.
DO NOT LET THEM BOOK home engineer for mid next week! Ask for an update for outage to DA9/DA10 that started at 12:05 today.

I’ve called again and got absolutely nowhere keep passing me to cancellations I'm fuming 😡 can't contact open reach as I don't have an account with them I cannot believe sky are not acknowledging a huge issue they will be getting a complaint from me

Anyone reading this please call sky and bonbard then with calls about no WiFi!! They are not taking it seriously that I'm not the only one with WiFi issues! Unless they get a million calls I don't think they are going to listening and wel all be waiting days for WiFi to work again! My kids are going crazy with no WiFi 🤣🤣

Its a BT OPENREACH issue and Sky are their customers not us. So we need to ask Sky for an update on the openreach issues affecting DA9/DA10. Sky are helpless and they are being affected by BT issues in the area.
My moneys on someone cut a line and we gonna be waiting a while. As in Tuesday/Wednesday

Have also reported and advised the agent that this is area wide and actually got them to log on to this forum to show all the comments. He tried to book me an engineer but as we know this is required. He said he will call me at 2pm tomorrow to see if resolved but unsure if it will be??!

It's not a sky issue, so calling them won't make much difference! It's BT open reach and there have been engineers around the area most of the day.

Been on the phone with today.
box has been flashing green since 12pm lunchtime also.
told me up to 24 hours.
I have sky glass too so no tv and internet for god knows when 😭

I'm in DA9 and also having the same issue. Glad I've come across this thread.. my mobile data also isn't working in the area. And neither is my sons.. when we drive out the area it works

Ye I’m the same no 4g coverage on my mobile and no sky WiFi since 12 pm although I do get coverage on 3G 🤷♀️

It's all over local Facebook pages. No mobile data, no broadband. Shops can't accept card payments either
