Broadband not working

The broardband has been going on and off a lot in the last few hours.

tried resetting router, still same problem ?

@Richardbell Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

The broadband test might give you more information if it does not and says everything is okay come back and we can get further help.
