Broadband not working

The second and fourth light on my hub turns orange every 10 mins or so. The second light flashes orange as well. Ive unplugged everything, rebooted it but still no solution. What next? Ive tried ringing  Sky but they have just sent a link to test the broadband again (which says its working)

Can you post your hub stats whilst the internet light is green

You would need to click maintenance along the top

 

Log in with 

 

Username    admin

Password     sky or wifi password

 

At the bottom of maintenance click show statistics and post that page
