Broadband not working speed 0.8Mbps

At 1130 21.6.25 our broad band went extremely slow, 0.84 Mbps  unable to load web pages. 
the speed test shows it's ok but it clearly failed.

@Andyhardy2254 Keeping this one seperate but run it when you get a chance and ideally over an Ethernet connection if you can, if not mobile!

The speed test that comes up on the sky app is showing it as okay.

 

when I perform my own speed test on another website it's showing up as 0.8mbps

@Andyhardy2254 I know nothing about the app, so have zero input on that unless you wish to send a screen capture so can take a look, I sent you a speed test link did you not use it, it's on post above, but again below. Service checker shows you the whole 30 day history what sky see to your hub with the daily checks, just click on the broadband > to expand and view..
