wifi and sky glass
our sky glass goes off at least 2 times a day. you sent someone round and all he did was give us a puck which as made no difference we have to reset the tv multiple times this has been raised and not sorted so please advise next steps as we can't continue like this thanks matt kemp

Probably important to know that Sky doesn't actually guarantee Glass will function in all circumstances: ultimately they can just offer to cease supplying the content service and negotiate return of the hardware if appropriate.
It's really up to you to decide if you wish to persist with other potential solutions such as Powerline networking, which Sky won't pay for.
